Thank you for shopping with GLŌEWE. We want your order to arrive safely, beautifully, and as expected. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within up to 3 business days after your order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will do our best to notify you.
Where We Ship
GLŌEWE currently ships within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
At this time, we do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, to APO/FPO addresses, or to PO boxes.
Orders placed with an unsupported shipping address may be canceled and refunded. If we are unable to fulfill an order due to the shipping address provided, we may contact you for an alternate eligible address before canceling the order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
GLŌEWE offers free standard shipping on orders over $75, before taxes and after any applicable discounts, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping promotions may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s schedule. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. For example, if your selected shipping method estimates delivery in 3 to 5 business days, that timeline begins after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after your shipping label is created.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
GLŌEWE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at policies@gloewe.com.
We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, GLŌEWE is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you:
- Check your mailbox, porch, front desk, package room, or other delivery areas.
- Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
If you still need support, you may contact us at policies@gloewe.com, and we will do our best to help you navigate the next step.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at policies@gloewe.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged product
- A brief description of the issue
We review damage claims on a case-by-case basis.
Weather, Holiday, and Carrier Delays
Shipping timelines may be impacted by weather, holidays, carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, or other events outside of our control.
GLŌEWE is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
